The Oxley Group, a provider of Healthcare Staff to private and public hospitals, aged and residential care facilities across Australia, announced the launch of a new client focused website, a corporate rebranding and company restructure today.
The companies’ founder and majority shareholder Graham Moss was quoted as saying:
“Many nursing and staffing agencies across Australia have suffered since the GFC and whilst we have been a strong agency since our foundation in 1989, at Oxley, we have reviewed our business model, internal structures and how we deliver services to our clients in order so that we can deliver what our clients and stakeholders need now and in the future.
I am delighted to announce to our staff, clients, nurses and friends that today:
- We are launching a new Oxley Group Website with better functionality and interaction. It will now be possible for clients and nurses to:
- review their shifts and availability online
- request staff online
- review payroll or invoice details online
- for nurses to train and update experience online
- apply for Jobs and submit Resumes online
Further enhancements are planned including a mobile friendly version of the site.
- We have a new corporate refresh which incorporates the Southern Star into all our logos and freshens the brand. As part of this change we have:
- Renamed Oxley Nursing Service to “Oxley Health Services”
- Renamed Oxley Healthcare Recruitment to “Oxley Staffing Services”
- We are also welcoming several new stakeholders to our organisation;
- Danielle Johnson (ex Drake Medox employee) has recently joined the group and will be heading up our Cairns Office along with her team Ben & Julie.
- Christopher Neve, an experienced business executive and consultant, is becoming a shareholder and joining the Board of Oxley Group as Joint Managing Director. He will be spear heading the Sales, Marketing and new Technology focus. I will be assisting Chris and focusing on Systems and Compliance as the other Joint Managing Director as we move forward together.
We will be continuing to innovate and have further expansion planned in the next few months in NSW, ACT and SA. We hope you like our new Radio Campaign on 97.3 fm that is being aired this week and above all we hope our clients and nurses appreciate our investment in our new website and other systems as we strive to better meet their needs.”
